At Believe in Therapy, we believe that an open and honest approach to our work includes being clear about the financial investment. We do not accept insurance and are not in-network with any insurance companies, which means we are considered an Out-of-Network (OON) provider.

The traditional insurance model is often misaligned with the complexities of mental health needs, leading to denials for medically necessary care. We are happy to discuss this more with you if you have additional questions. If you are interested in seeking reimbursement, we highly recommend you contact your insurance company directly to ask about your Out-of-Network mental health benefits.

Payment for all sessions is due at the time of service and can be made by check, cash, or credit card. A credit card is required at the time of booking your initial consultation. This card will be kept on file for all future sessions and will be processed on the day of your appointment. It will also be used for any missed session or late cancellation fees.
